A return to overcast and cloudy conditions but mercifully no rain. The rain started 5 minutes after hitting the end of our walk in Kingshouse so the gods seem to be smiling on us.
As we crossed the Bridge of Orchy a look left and south showed Beinn Dorain being overshadowed by what looked like a larger mountain, only this was just an odd cloud formation.
After crossing the bridge the path took a right up a gravel track. The first couple of kilometres would continue up and over the shoulder of Beinn Inverleith (636m) before dropping to the level of the next loch.

Over the brow of the hill, Loch Tulla was visible below, albeit the low cloud made for a hazy view.

Down at loch level the path turns left along a road past a hotel at Inveroran. The path follows the road for a kilometre or so before the road runs out. This helped take the pressure off tired feet!

Up onto the gravel path again and the cloud still threatens.
The path continues up across open heathland for a few kilometres, with only the odd clutch of trees (behind fencing) to break up the view. Reaching Ba Bridge, there is a nice framed view down the river to towards the hills below.

The last climbing of the day takes us to views of Rannoch Moor. The moor has vast expanses of heathland but the photos don’t do it justice.
